Featured Coach

    Karen Senteio

I am an activist for CONNECTED and COURAGEOUS living in all aspects of life.  As a coach I work with individuals to create lives that are authentic and connected to what matters most to you by making daily choices that are in alignment with your goals, dreams and values.  I partner with individuals to create balance so important things stay important. I collaborate with companies to create customized workshops, peer cohorts and coaching programs to develop cultures that capitalize on the strength of team members, foster creative collaboration and build conscious leaders who inspire the organization to produce exceptional results.  I partner with leaders who want to create organizations that will inspire connection, curiosity, courage and creative incubation.

Our official Chapter Community Outreach Initiative is to serve our Veterans.  ICF-CT partners with Stand Beside Them, Inc. offering volunteer coaching services to our veteran community year-round.
