International Coaching Federation - Connecticut Chapter

Featured Coach

    Karen Senteio

You but only better and happier.  Who wouldn't want that?  I am an activist for the pursuit and connection to the authentic you.  Dr. Brene' Brown says, "Authenticity is a collection of choices we have to make every day.   It is about the choice we have to show up and be real.  The choice to be honest.  The choice to let our true selves be seen."  I believe that being seen as the authentic, best you in all areas of your life is as critical as breathing.  It allows you to boldly step into your personal greatness, purpose and live your best life.  What has become increasingly important to me in my practice is to share how to live inspired and ready to live life according to what matters to you.  Inspiration is what gives you the juice you need to live a passionate, fulfilled life and to get off the merry-go-round that is not playing your music.  The journey to inspirational living is hard but it is also courageous, exhilarating, liberating and available to you.  I am your partner in making the shift from today to where you must go.
