Lori Candela is an organizational change and transition trainer and coach who helps leaders and teams effectively manage the human side of organizational change. Lori started her coaching business to help leaders build change resilient teams and create a plan for a successful transition during times of change. She offers workshops as well as individual and group coaching. In her 25+ years as a performance consultant, trainer and facilitator, Lori has worked with major corporations as they implemented large scale change, focusing on designing and developing training strategies and custom-designed learning solutions. Lori holds an M.Ed. from The Pennsylvania State University in Curriculum and Instructional Design/Training Design and Development. She also earned a BA in Business Management and Administration and Banking and Finance from Alvernia College. A graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Lori is a Certified Professional Coach. She is also a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index (ELI). and is a Certified Trainer of the Managing Organizational Transitions and Individual Transitions in Organizations programs.
