Inspiration is too often thought of as a powerful experience that visits infrequently and without warning. But it doesn’t have to be this way. What if it could be ignited when needed most? In this session, Allison Holzer, co-author of the new book, "Dare to Inspire: Sustain the Fire of Inspiration in Work and Life," will unveil her original research revealing inspiration as a most valuable resource to be cultivated and managed in leading progress and growth. Moreover, she will speak specifically about how inspiration as a resource supports women leaders through her work studying emotional intelligence and positive psychology.
Participants will:
• Experience how progress, achievement, underdogs and other women are sources to fuel inspiration
• Understand how to inspire others and how to scale it to enable change, growth and success.
• Explore strategies for using the successes of powerful women as inspiration for yourself, for others, and for building great organizations
