With change comes uncertainty and while some people welcome change, others either fear it and/or resist it for a variety of reasons. What’s a leader to do to get everyone on board and supportive of the change? How could Captain Bligh have avoided a mutiny on his ship? Manuel (Manny) N. Sousa, ACC
Manny is the CEO and Founder of EQuest Executive Coaching LLC. He is an executive coach and former senior executive with over 35 years’ experience leading human resources teams in private and global Fortune 500 companies. His career spanned various industries that included financial services, software technology, telecommunications, retail and consumer products, and he was the Chief People Officer for T-Mobile, Invesco, OpenText and Saks Fifth Avenue.
Manny has a proven track record of working with senior executive teams and Boards as a trusted adviser and coach, assisting them to develop effective strategies to transform and strengthen their businesses. He has worked with C-Suite clients from Private Equity-owned portfolio companies to Fortune 100 industry leaders, all over the world including Europe and Asia.
Manny’s career has taken him to Europe, Canada, and Asia and today he lives in Southport CT where he operates his coaching practice.
