Bios
Isabella Isola, ACC
Isabella Isola has 26+ years of experience coaching individual clients and developing talents in diverse ecosystems: multinationals, ONGs, United Nations and European Union agencies.
She specializes in Multicultural, and Career coaching that empathically supports clients resolve conflicts, decode complexity, successfully manage change, achieve rewarding career transitions, and implement effective leadership strategies to achieve goals. She is also certified in the ICF recognized coaching methodology of Management Constellations, particularly effective for team coaching.
Certified career counselor, expert at assessing skills with many psychometric tools, Isabella received a BA and an MBA from Columbia University.
She worked for a couple decades in New York City in various managerial roles in several industries: professional acting (in theatre, tv, film), marketing, telecommunications, finance, insurance, advertising. Isabella recently translated into English coaching e-book: “Managers are Alone,” and was interviewed on Radio Roma. Isabella has delivered coaching at C-level at WFP, FAO; EFSA, EASA, Rheinmetall, VF, Safilo, Generali, Avis, Bioversity, Arjo; and she has a vast experience coaching virtually, at mother-tongue level in English, Portuguese and Italian.

Judy Garfinkel, ACC
When Judy decided to hang up her toe shoes after a career in professional ballet, she was excited but clueless about what was next. Since then, she has had satisfying careers in teaching and professional development and, she’s never forgotten the feeling of being adrift between dreams during each transition.
Since receiving her coaching certifications and founding her coaching practice, Move Into Change, in 2011, Judy has devoted her coaching expertise to providing full-cycle career transition services. Through her job clarification expertise, she guides clients through the various phases of career transition; from discovering passions, identifying skills and accessing motivators, to the practicalities of job search like targeting jobs, resume/cover letter writing, interviewing and beyond, Judy excels at helping you move into the change that’s right for you.
Judy coaches: women and men going back into the workforce after a hiatus or who are being transitioned, college graduates entering the workforce and mid-career professionals looking for new meaning and satisfaction in their work lives.
Judy works in Stamford, and lives on the harbor with her husband, James. They have two adult (and launched!) children.
Currently President Elect of ICF- CT, Judy is looking forward to contributing to the growth of individuals and the coaching profession now and on into next year as president.
