This Oasis in the Overwhelm™ webinar focuses on 2 strategies to ground yourself and re-balance in the moment. These practical tools allow you to experience greater calm and clarity in only sixty seconds. They are easy to use anywhere and immediately benefit your mind and body.

Participants will learn
What happens when you experience the stress response and when negative stress becomes a chronic strain on your body.
The value of 3 breaths and how you can use them to ground yourself in the present or to take a mental vacation.
How to carry calm in your pocket with One Stone. This mindfulness tool brings your senses together in a way that allows you to calmly focus. Bring a small object that you can hold in the palm of your hand, it can be a stone, a shell, button or even a paper clip.
