Signing up to a code of ethics does not in itself make you an ethical coach. What role does supervision play in your duty of care to clients, and how can self-supervision help you ensure you embody your ethical commitments in your practice? In this session, Dr. Sam Humphrey will share an approach to effective self-supervision and how the practice can be expanded. We will also unpack some of the questions around supervision to get clear on how you know what to take to supervision and what to do with the outcomes and learnings from supervision. This event will explore supervision through a lens of commitment to continued professional growth and ethical practice and will count towards ICF Members ethics training hours for credential renewal.
