Congratulations ICF Connecticut!
As we announced in our March 28 newsletter, our chapter was the recipient of the ICF Global Annual Chapter Award, which was given out at the Global Leadership Forum in Dublin, Ireland, the week of March 18.
President-Elect, Monica Leggett, and I went to Dublin to learn about the latest trends in coaching, the current focal points for ICF global, and how we can participate in our growing global profession. We spent hours with coaches from all over the globe sharing ideas about Succession Planning, Ethics, Non-Dues Revenue, and Social Progress. We learned, connected and laughed (and did some sight-seeing along the way).
As we continue to change, grow and evolve, we hope you will bring your expertise to us and share your knowledge, connect with best practices in business and coaching, and most importantly, join in shaping the future of our Chapter.

Our nomination committee has been hard at work building a board slate for 2019-2020. Please look out for our Election Ballot coming soon and participate in selecting those who work to ensure the ongoing quality of your membership experience.
