   ICF-CT

Dear Chapter Members,

If you’ve been to any of our chapter meetings, you know that we’re a chapter of learners committed to enhancing and growing our coaching skills. And, no doubt, you’ve witnessed the talent and experience that exists right here within our ranks.

We are currently in the exploratory stage of developing a pilot program that will offer a mentor coaching group for chapter members led by qualified chapter members.

We’d like to hear from you if:

  • you want to improve your coaching skills or need to attain or renew your ICF credential through a 7-hour Zoom mentor coaching group.
  • you’re a mentor coach and would be interested in participating (see below**).
  • you’ve had mentor coaching and would like to give your input to help make this a successful program.

Dina Markind, in her role as Education Liaison (ad hoc board committee, Professional Development), will be coordinating the pilot.

Email Dina to let her know you’re interested at education@icf-ct.org

**Some thoughts for interested mentor coaches:

  • Do you have 2 years mentor coaching experience, or have you mentored 6 mentee clients or more?
  • Do you have a renewed ACC at least once or are you PCC or MCC, or a Certified Mentor Coach?
  • Are you willing to abide by the ICF duties, responsibilities and competencies for a Mentor Coach? To see them, download the document at the bottom of this link.
