 Envision a tool to access your, and your team’s, tacit knowledge so you can develop more effective communication skills, work together more productively, navigate your mental maps easily and tap into your systemic strengths. This is some of what the Management Constellations Coaching methodology enables since, by surfacing emotions, it facilitates linkages between our rational and intuitive minds.
Note: We recommend that participants tune in with some floor space on which to position sheets of paper, or some desk space. If you will have access to floor space bring some pieces of paper to write on (letter-size sheets of paper that are used on one side that you can repurpose are great). If you will work on a desk, bring some smaller sheets of paper, or post-it notes, and in both cases at least one marker / Sharpie / felt pen, in a few in different colors if possible.
