Biography
I am a fully-certified Human Potential Coach (CHPC) and Heartmath Coach/Mentor (HCM) / Heartmath Practitioner (HP). As a CHPC and HCM/HP, I am trained in five areas; a Life Coach, Health Coach, Personal Development Coach, Performance Coach and Heartmath Coach & Practitioner. Additionally, I have received my Focusing Trainer and Certified Focusing Professional from Charlotte Howorth, and I am Tiny Habits Certified Coach.
I’ve been coaching clients and facilitating their self-growth, helping them find healthier lifestyles, anxiety, stress management techniques, HRV, quality sleep, a balance between their professional and personal lives, and ways to be more mindful every day.
