Join us for this workshop offering coaching professionals a unique opportunity to deepen their understanding of diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and to enhance their coaching practices. By equipping participants with knowledge and strategies, we can collectively foster more inclusive workplaces.

During this session, participants will learn: 

  • Conceptual Distinction: Clarify the concepts of diversity, inclusion and belonging, and discuss their interconnections.
  • Historical Lens: Provide an overview of the evolution of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace, drawing from relevant research and industry practices.
  • Current Landscape: Identify the challenges and opportunities present in today's workplace regarding DEIB.
  • Coaching Impact: Recommend actionable mindset & approaches for coaches to effectively promote DEIB initiatives within organizations.
