Biography
As a leadership, team, and culture coach, I walk the path of bliss, blisters, and meaningful growth with my clients. I integrate emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and psychological type into all of my work. The whole is always greater than the sum of its parts, and it remains a privilege to witness transformational growth when trust, creativity, and innovation merge as one force.
I partner with individuals, leaders, emerging leaders and senior teams to cultivate courageous leadership, cohesive teams, and thriving workplace cultures. My coaching blends systems thinking, neuroscience, and emotional insight with deep respect for the uniqueness of each leader and organization. Whether I’m supporting a senior executive, facilitating a leadership retreat, or working with a team to reset trust and collaboration, I bring curiosity, clarity, and compassion to every engagement.
I support clients in navigating complexity, aligning purpose and action, and building environments where psychological safety and bold collaboration can thrive. Leadership is never a straight line—it’s a lifelong journey. I consider it a privilege to walk that path with leaders who are ready to grow.
My Background
I bring decades of entrepreneurial and non-profit corporate leadership experience to my clients—from co-founding an all-natural frozen food corporation to serving as vice president of philanthropy in healthcare. I’ve now led my own leadership practice, Inspire Leadership LLC, for more than a decade. You can learn more at deenemorris.com.
Leadership Education and Certifications
I hold a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership (Servant-Leadership) from Gonzaga University. I’m a Certified Co-Active Coach, a Certified Group Coach practitioner, a Maslow Certified Executive Culture Coach, an InterStrength™ Self-Discovery Coach, a Hardiness Resilience Gauge and Master MBTI® practitioner, and an advanced EQ-i 2.0 practitioner.
In addition to my coaching, I’m trained in asynchronous learning and serve as adjunct faculty, teaching a graduate course I developed on psychological safety. I also hold a past CFRE certification (Certified Fundraising Executive), which continues to inform my work with nonprofit boards and philanthropic leaders.
My Clients
My clients are curious, motivated, and capable individuals and leaders. They bring deep expertise and a desire to lead with greater impact and integrity. I work with senior leaders, emerging leaders, teams, administrators, school systems, and nonprofit boards to evoke transformation by aligning purpose, passion, and action. I also work with individuals who are mining grief to make meaning and a new path forward.
About Me
Nothing in my life has gone in a straight line—and probably never will. I well understand curveballs and their impact on our confidence. I’m passionate about living a life that is congruent with my purpose and values. I believe leadership is a vocation, not a job. It’s a path that deepens and enriches every aspect of our personal and professional lives. If you'd like to explore more, visit deenemorris.com or schedule a discovery call https://calendly.com/deenemorris/discovery-call.
