We begin on Thursday evening with an energizing and playful improv-based experience designed to help coaches loosen up, connect authentically, and spark creativity. This session sets the tone for the conference—relational, human, and community-centered.

Following the workshop, attendees are invited to a casual networking reception, offering space to reconnect with colleagues, meet new coaching peers, and begin building meaningful relationships before the full conference day.

Friday’s full-day conference is intentionally designed as a Support to Strengthen experience—grounding coaches in what sustains effective coaching today while preparing them for the future of the profession.

Morning sessions center on strengthening the foundation of coaching practice through three core lenses:
  • Supporting Ourselves
Cultivating well-being, resilience, boundaries, and sustainable energy so coaches can continue showing up fully—without burnout.
  • Supporting Our Colleagues
Reducing isolation by strengthening peer relationships, collaboration, and professional community.
  • Supporting Those We Work With
Elevating coaching impact through effective communication, engagement, and client-centered approaches that improve outcomes.
In the afternoon, the focus shifts toward growth, innovation, and what’s next:
  • Strengthening a Coaching Business That Supports the Life You Want
Designing sustainable, flexible coaching businesses that align with personal values, energy, and lifestyle.
  • Strengthening Your Coaching Ecosystem
Expanding beyond solo practice by building networks, partnerships, systems, and collaborative models that increase reach and opportunity.
  • Strengthening Coaching for the Future
Preparing for what’s ahead—emerging technologies, new delivery models, and evolving client needs—while preserving trust, relevance, and human connection.
The conference concludes with a community-centered closing experience, bringing participants together to reflect on insights gained, connections formed, and intentions for the path ahead—leaving coaches feeling grounded, inspired, and equipped to continue evolving their work.

Ranieka Weston is a PCC-credentialed executive coach and leadership strategist with more than 20 years of experience in corporate leadership and talent development in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Florida A&M University and her graduate degree in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University, and completed her executive coach training at Georgetown University, Over the years, she has also served as a mentor coach with Cultivating Leadership, which has deepened her focus on adult development—exploring how leaders’ beliefs, assumptions, and internal narratives shape how they lead over time.

After two decades inside nonprofit, large, midsize, and small organizations, Ranieka noticed that many highly capable leaders weren’t lacking skill; they were navigating from unexamined beliefs and expectations—often negotiating against themselves. Her work now focuses on developing the Negotiator’s Mindset, helping leaders clarify their value, hold boundaries, and navigate critical conversations with intention and alignment.
