1.5 CEU of Core Competencies awaiting approval
Join us in January for a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves coaching workshop. Deepen your learning while you deepen your professional network and make some new friends. You’ll get to know the updated ICF Core Competency Model and improve your coaching skills during this highly interactive program. If you are new to coaching, you can be the client or observer – a perfect opportunity to experience coaching with no pressure!
Senior coaches will facilitate 3 separate stations, each with a different case scenario. You will rotate through two of the three stations during our event and then we’ll have a full-group debrief and discussion. The scenarios will cover 3 types of clients:
- Health & Wellness/Life client
- Leadership/Executive client
- Life Transition client
You’ll get to work through your choice of
two of the scenarios and will interact as either the coach, client and/or observer, followed by a small-group discussion with your trio and with the facilitator. We will also have a full-group discussion about the updated Core Competency Model and how you can apply what you have learned in your coaching practice.
Join us as we grow in excellence and community and have some fun. Get to know your fellow ICF Connecticut members.
Program Take-Aways:
- Increase your awareness and use of the updated Core Competencies.
- Identify ways to improve or expand your coaching skills.
- Learn from other coaches; accessing powerful questions, best practices, and coaching feedback.
- Get to know your fellow coaches and have some fun.
Each scenario will be led by a facilitator with at least a decade of coaching experience and PCC credential.
Many thanks to Karin Whitley, Jill Berquist, Annalise Evenson, Jean Stetz-Puchalski, Dina Markind and Judy Garfinkel for their assistance in putting this program together!
