We all know the statistics; stress is a big problem and it’s not going away, it’s getting worse. Stress is bad for our life, our health and our relationships. Stress makes us reactive and leads us to make some poor choices.

Name something that causes you stress – money, health, family situations, your cluttered home, your annoying boss. Some things you have control over, and some things you don’t. Knowing the difference is one of the keys to re-framing your situation and finding answers. (Hint: It’s step #2).

Monica will share her 5-step process that will change the way you approach stressful situations, and can even change your habits, attitudes, and default responses over time.

Join us for this discussion and you might just walk away with a new way to approach life.

Key takeaways of attending:
A new tool to manage your stress and take you from awareness to action
An overview of our default mechanisms that drive our stress
New choices for preventing and overcoming stress
