During this interactive session, we will collectively examine how organizations can employ an approach to building leadership coaching capability.   

This session will:

  • Help you Identify critical elements of an approach that leaders can use on any scale, from solving individual challenges to drive growth and organizational transformation.
  • Help you understand how this approach can help you grow your own business or organization. Provide you with a few tips on how to get started in your organization or with your clients.

About the Facilitators

Paul Butler – After a successful career in senior management roles in sales/marketing and HR with Pfizer and Procter & Gamble (Gillette), where he led large organizations, he founded GlobalEdg (The Executive Development Group) in 2007,  a firm dedicated to providing value to organizations.  He has helped thousands of employees in more than 50 different organizations.

Mark Bertolami
is the former CEO of Duracell. He has over 35 years of leadership, management and coaching experience at world class companies like Kraft, Duracell, Gillette, and Procter & Gamble. More recently he has served as a Board Member, Advisor, Mentor, and coach to a number of early and growth stage companies. He has helped to build a culture of learning and coaching in both large and small company settings.
