Is Life a Beach?

Join your fellow ICF-CT coach volunteers at this beautiful park and nature center and find out by walking at the water's edge and over the rocky paths.

Take in the sounds and smell the salt air! 

Talk, walk, and connect.

Important information:  

  • The gathering point: is at Meigs Point Nature Center parking lot, follow signs to Meigs Point and park in the Meigs Point Nature Center parking lot. Liz will be seated at the benches at the crosswalk to the beach pavilion.  
What else you need to know: 
  • Trails go from 2 -5 miles and are relatively flat.
  • The park is free for CT residents. Closes at sunset. People can bring their bathing suits and swim if they would like. 
  • Meigs Point Nature Center has touch tanks/exhibits and is open from 10am - 5pm.
