Discover Your Glimmers

We often talk about triggers, but what about glimmers? Both are connected to the autonomic nervous system, which constantly scans for safety and support. While triggers activate feelings of stress and anxiety, glimmers spark a sense of calm, connection, and safety. They’re the small, everyday moments—like taking a deep breath, walking with a friend, or sitting quietly with your pet—that help restore balance. In this session, participants will learn to recognize and intentionally cultivate glimmers to bring more peace and resilience into their daily lives.

By the end of this workshop, participants will:

  • Understand the connection between glimmers and the autonomic nervous system.
  •  Identify potential glimmers across four common source areas.
  • Create a personalized “glimmer toolkit” to use during moments of stress or anxiety.
  • Share their chosen glimmers with others to foster connection and inspiration.
