Every year we join our fellow coaches worldwide for International Coaching Week! It’s a week when we recognize the impact of professional coaching and the lasting change coaching can create. Each ICF chapter creates its own events for ICW, and coaches are invited to participate virtually in many events across the globe. 

This year our chapter’s theme for ICW is: Celebrate, Commemorate, Collaborate:

• Celebrate the value of coaching with our local and global colleagues
• Commemorate the 30th anniversary of ICF Global
• Collaborate at networking and knowledge-building events throughout the week and across the state.

ICF-CT ICW 2025 EVENTS

Join ICF-CT as we Partner in the Coast-to-Coast Pro Bono Coaching Challenge

This year, we have partnered with ICF Los Angeles, ICF San Francisco Bay Area, ICF Metro DC, ICF High Country, ICF San Diego, ICF North Texas, ICF South Florida, ICF New Mexico and ICF Sacramento.

This challenge invites coaches to offer at least 3 hours of pro bono coaching by May 18. The coaching may be individual, team, group, mentor coaching, or coaching supervision. Individual coaches from any chapter or anywhere in the world are invited to participate – making this a true coast to coast effort! We invite you to be creative in finding your pro bono clients in order to amplify the positive impact of coaching.

Step 2 - Post your Badge on your LinkedIn Profile and website!

Step 3 - Track and submit your pro bono coaching hours on the Coaching Submission Form

Join us for Local Socials around the state to encourage networking, friendship-forming and best-practice-sharing in a venue near you!

May 13: In-Person Assessment Share

If you would like to learn more about assessments and how they can benefit you and your clients, now is your chance!

We will be holding an in-person Assessment Share at the Shelton Marriott on Tuesday, May 13th from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm, where you can learn about various assessments used by coaches and determine which may be useful for your practice.
