ICW 2025: What a Wonderful Week It Was
This year’s International Coaching Week brought many of our chapter members together to Celebrate, Commemorate and Collaborate in a series of social, educational, and just plain enjoyable events. Many thanks to the ICW Committee for pulling the week together and rolling out opportunities across Connecticut. Kudos to our members who hosted Local Socials and presented at our Assessment Share – all were well-attended.
Below are some photos from the week:

Phishing Alert: Do Not Respond to Fake Credit Card Purchase Email
A phishing email has been circulating, targeting members with a fraudulent request to purchase credit cards or gift cards on behalf of ICF or our chapter leader, Stephanie Tishler. The email may appear to come from a trusted source, such as a manager or executive, and may include urgent language such as:
"Can you purchase some credit cards and send me the codes immediately? I’ll reimburse you later."
This is a scam. This is an attempt to steal funds or personal information. You can see it's not from Stephanie if you hover over the "from" email.
What to Do:
- Do not reply to the email.
- Do not purchase any cards or share any payment information.
- Then, delete it from your inbox and trash folder.
ICF-CT will never ask you to make personal purchases on its behalf via email or without formal procedures. If you’re unsure about any suspicious message, always verify directly with the person via a known phone number or official email or communication channel.
