Learn to Leverage the Use of Polarities in Coaching -- November 18th Program

This global program, “Leveraging Both the Scrappy and the Skilled Use of Polarities in Coaching,” is co-hosted and presented by ICF-San Antonio, featuring Cathy Carroll, MBA, MCC, Founder & President of Legacy Onward Inc.

Bold and humble; task and relationship; support and challenge: these are polarities, the latest superpower in leadership. Leveraging polarities in coaching can feel intimidating without extensive training. Even so, the very basics of framing a polarity can evoke meaningful awareness with clients.

Join Cathy Carroll, MCC, to begin your transition from scrappy to being skilled in using polarities with clients. Through stories, Cathy will demonstrate how to use polarities in both individual coaching and team coaching, and then she’ll recommend a variety of resources to facilitate your growth as a coach from scrappy to skilled in this important capacity. No experience in polarities necessary.
