Virtual Zoom Meeting
Learn how to best support your clients in habit formation and cessation by understanding James Prochaska’s Stages of Change (Transtheoretical) Model.
Then, delve into Eric Barker’s findings that consolidate the latest research in behavioral science about making good habits stick.
Finally, come to the February coaching circle with a habit that either you or a client wants to address, and we’ll brainstorm powerful questions that hold the potential for a positive pathway forward.

This free virtual program is for all ICF Connecticut members, new or experienced, internal or external. We hope you’ll come to the call ready to dig in, to discuss, and to share.
No Fee required – please register to receive all information. You will get an email with the Zoom link and call-in information. You can join on the video chat or call in.
Coaching Circles are an opportunity for ICF Connecticut coaches to get together virtually to share ideas, best practices, questions and issues about coaching and business, in ways that support one another. Get to know peers and discuss professional topics that are generated from within the group.
Every other month the Coaching Circle will alternate between “open to all coaches” (December, February, April), and “Experienced Coaches Only” ( March, May). Think of it as a Virtual Coach Cafe with a specific topic of discussion.
We’ve added “Open to all Coaches” to encourage the emerging coaches to get engaged and get to know one another.
Past topics include:
- Coaching using the client’s strengths; from what’s wrong to what’s strong
- Is there a difference — or alignment — between your coaching niche and your marketing niche?
- What is your average length of client engagement and why?
- What are some best practices in current marketing strategies?
