Jean Stetz-Puchalski, MA I-O, CPC, PCC, is Managing Principal at Individual Differences at Work, LLC. Jean specializes in leadership and organizational development. At the heart of her practice is executive coaching, team coaching, behavioral assessment, and adaptive change. She integrates evidence-based coaching practices, I-O methodologies, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), adult development frameworks, facilitation, and experiential learning as a support to learner outcomes. As a result, leaders engage work and life with renewed energy and a fresh perspective enabling the focus on business-critical success factors. Jean’s mission is to empower leaders to unlock creativity, strengthen connections, and enhance productivity, driving sustainable growth and profitability. Her work has consistently elevates leadership performance and satisfaction, fostering cohesive teams, and supporting lasting organizational improvements. As an I-O professional, ICF-credentialed coach, and coach educator, Jean champions ethical and skillful coaching and organizational development practices. Jean also explores the intersection of leadership development and generative AI, applying I-O and coaching principles to inspire early adoption for strategic growth and efficiency.
Committed to giving back and staying at the forefront of her field, Jean has held various executive and leadership roles within her professional communities. She serves on the board of directors of the International Coaching Federation Connecticut (where she is also a past president) as Director of Technology and CIO (Coaching In Organizations) member enrichment group leader, the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Work Smart committee, which offers interactive virtual workshops leveraging I-O science for smarter and more efficient workplaces, and as a member of the national Pollinator Pathway board of directors. She is a certified Master Gardener and eco-type native plant geek promoting sustainable practices and ecosystem restoration. She often brings this passion for cultivation and lessons from the field to the workplace helping leaders develop and drive organizational ecosystems to adapt and thrive.
