Powered by curiosity. Fueled by creativity. Channeled through coaching.

Robyn Greenspan, MS, ACC, CACP, is an ADHD and executive function coach, creator and learning strategist who helps people better understand how they think, work and get things done — bridging the knowing and doing parts of the brain.

As a Cognition and Learning Teacher and Executive Function Coach at a private boarding school, she works with neurodivergent high school students to strengthen metacognition, executive function and self-advocacy through a social and emotional learning lens. She is also the founder of ADHD Coach Near You, where she virtually coaches young adults and professionals as they navigate executive function challenges, motivation, emotional regulation and the demands of work and life.

Her strengths-based, neuroscience-informed approach helps individuals recognize their own patterns, experiment with practical strategies and shift from self-doubt to greater independence, confidence and sustainable momentum. Curiosity and creativity are central to her work and form the foundation of Dopamine Hacks: How to Mind Shift and Mood Lift Your Way to Motivation, the playful, science-informed workbook she developed using short, experiential prompts that spark imagination, positive self-reflection and intentional dopamine activation.

Previously, Robyn spent decades in corporate learning, content strategy, leadership and speaker development, gaining a firsthand understanding of how workplace demands impact ADHD professionals at every level. Her roles have included Chief Content Officer, Global Keynote Program Director and Speaker Development Coach. She also taught graduate courses as an Adjunct Professor in leadership and Capstone Thesis development.

Today, Robyn brings her breadth of experience to speaking engagements and interactive workshops that make neuroscience, executive function and coaching practical, engaging and immediately useful.

Robyn’s longstanding curiosity about human behavior has also shaped her education. She holds a BS in Social Sciences and an MS in Counseling and Human Resource Development, with additional certifications in Positive Psychology; Advanced ADHD Coaching for Teens, Children and Parents; Applied Storytelling; and DEI in the Workplace. She currently serves as President-Elect of the International Coaching Federation Connecticut Chapter.

Across classrooms, coaching conversations and organizations, her philosophy is simple: curiosity over judgment, creative strategies over willpower and progress over perfection.
