Biography
Carrie is a certified Executive Coach who helps individuals and teams unlock their next level of growth by bringing neuroscience and brain-based tools into her coaching and consulting practice.
For over 10 years, Carrie has worked with Patricia Omoqui Enterprises, an Executive Coaching and Leadership Development firm, where she currently serves as Executive Vice President. She also runs a small private coaching practice in her home state of Connecticut, and has developed and facilitated learning and coaching programs — including team coaching engagements for leadership groups — for businesses of all sizes, across industries, both domestically and internationally.
Carrie is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as an Applied Positive Psychology Coach (APPC) certification from The Flourishing Center in New York City. She is also certified as a Resilience Coach and holds a Brain-Science Coaching Certification.
Carrie serves as an ISO 45003 solution consultant and speaker, and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the ICF Connecticut Charter Chapter as Director of Membership.
Carrie also brings a background as a professional photographer to her coaching — a second lens (pun intended) on how leaders see and present themselves. Some of her private coaching clients choose to culminate their journey with a photo session, a way to both celebrate and document their growth.
