Carolina has extensive experience building and successfully executing strategies that engage and motivate employees to both elevate teams and careers, and that drive profitable business growth.
As a trusted counselor to senior executives and collaborative partner to functions, she has a track record of re-imagining company culture, and building two-way relationships between the C-suite and all employees.
She is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) who focuses on supporting clients to uncover their strengths and desired paths to enable them to grow their careers and deliver outcomes with inspired teams. She believes successful coaching starts with intention and supports clients to gain clarity, build capacity and imagine their journey.
Carolina also works with organizations to help peer groups understand their strengths as individuals and as one team to create more effective dialogue.
While her passion is the employee, her success is derived through years of experience in internal and executive communications with strength in the areas of innovation consulting, solution selling, demand generation marketing and public relations.
