Biography
Hi, I'm Tali, founder of Practical Habits Consulting and an ICF Associate Certified Coach. I work with smart, capable professionals and creatives who feel stuck and want to develop their leadership, career & communication, for fulfilling work as part of a thriving life.
My coaching practice is centered around leadership, career development, and communication, drawing on 240+ hours coaching executives, senior leaders, and entrepreneurs, plus 450+ facilitation trainings delivered globally. My background is unique; years in Operations Management at S&P Global gave me a real feel for how organizations actually work, and years before that as a professional actor (theater, film, opera, voiceover, improv) taught me presence, adaptability, and how to really listen, all of which show up in how I coach. For about the past decade I've worked with Fortune 500 companies, leading trainings to develop the skills and careers of their rising leaders, leveraging research-backed frameworks and fun as a strategic value rooted in positive psychology.
Beyond my work with rising corporate professionals and creatives, I also work with many clients who are navigating ADHD as they build strategies to work with how their brain already works.
