At ICF Connecticut, we work to make emerging technology approachable and meaningful for coaches and their clients. From artificial intelligence (AI) to digital coaching platforms, coaching technology is quickly shaping the coaching landscape. ICF is actively engaged in helping with member literacy around AI Technology in coaching. Our Technology committee works to continually update the following set of curated resources drawn from ICF research on ethical standards and best practices. You’ll find research, documentation, worksheets, and sample coaching agreement templates. We present these resources to help coaches build confidence and fluency in this rapidly evolving space. Our hope is to inspire deeper awareness of how AI and technology show up in coaching practice.
