Marta Koonz, PhD, PCC, serves as President of the Connecticut Chapter of ICF, primarily supporting other board members as they provide guidance and services to our chapter members. She strives to bring a balance of collaboration and direction to her board role, encouraging board members to both innovate and sustain as they fulfill their diverse roles. Serving on the ICF board of directors has been rewarding in so many ways, in particular through the opportunity to work in partnership with an incredible group of individuals dedicated to making a difference for the professional coaches within our chapter. 

Marta’s coaching is designed around her dissertation research on encouraging psychological creativity within a coaching partnership—merging the imaginal perspective of depth psychology with the already creative process of coaching. She provides coaching for individuals moving through a life transition, providing a safe yet challenging container for deep inner work, as well as training for professional coaches seeking to increase their confidence in navigating the inner landscape. 

In her very limited spare time, Marta is typically found playing with her grand-daughter, hiking or snowshoeing through the woods with her husband, enjoying a game of Rummikub, or trying to find the time to read more books.

Robyn Greenspan, MS, ACC, CACP

Robyn Greenspan, MS, ACC, CACP is President-Elect and Conference Chair for the chapter’s inaugural conference in Spring 2026. In these roles, she helps shape programming and experiences that reflect both the realities of coaching today and the direction of the profession ahead. Earlier in her ICF-CT Board service, she was Marketing Co-Director, where she focused on strengthening member engagement and chapter visibility. Being a member of the Board has been a rewarding way for her to contribute to a thoughtful, engaged community of peers.

In her coaching practice, Robyn works with individuals around ADHD, executive function and motivation. Her approach is practical, strengths-based, and grounded in neuroscience, helping clients reduce overwhelm and build momentum in ways that feel sustainable and human. She is especially known for helping people understand how their brains work — and how to work with them rather than against them.

Before becoming a coach, Robyn spent years designing and leading learning experiences across corporate and academic settings. She taught graduate-level leadership courses and directed large-scale professional development and global keynote training programs. That background continues to inform her coaching today, bringing clarity, curiosity and respect for different learning styles into everything she does.

Lynda Mettler, PCC

Lynda Mettler serves as Credentialing Support Director, guiding members through the credentialing process, and keeping the Chapter up to date on procedural changes. She also serves as co-facilitator of the professional enrichment group, Applying Core Competencies to Promote Best Practices. Lynda brings practical insight and steady support to her work behind the scenes. She feels privileged to be part of such a dedicated board, and grateful for the chance to contribute to strengthening the coaching community.

Lynda’s coaching blends Internal Family Systems (IFS) with life coaching and mindfulness techniques. As an IFS Level-2 trained practitioner, she attunes to each client’s unique experiences, helping them break old patterns and feel more in control of their emotions and choices. Her practical, compassionate approach supports clients in gaining confidence and a stronger sense of self.

When not coaching or working with the board, Lynda can be found on the golf course, sometimes sinking great putts, sometimes swinging her way out of a bunker. Either way, she loves the challenge, fresh air, and reminder not to take herself too seriously.

Megan Lye, ACC

Megan Lye serves as Programs Director for ICF Connecticut, supporting the planning and delivery of programs that foster connection, learning, and growth within the coaching community. She values the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated board and contribute to strengthening the chapter through thoughtful, well-supported programming.

She is an ACC-credentialed coach and Certified Professional Coach (CPC) trained through iPEC, Megan is the founder of Mom Life and All the Things, where she supports mothers who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and stretched thin. Having navigated the early days of motherhood herself—including miscarriages, fertility challenges, a NICU journey, and profound exhaustion—she deeply understands what it feels like to be in survival mode and longing to feel like yourself again. With a kind, caring, and supportive approach, Megan meets clients exactly where they are, helping them create simple systems and routines that reduce overwhelm and allow them to be more present, confident, and grounded in everyday life.

When she’s not coaching or supporting ICF CT, Megan enjoys spending time with her two year old daughter, (2) rescue dogs and traveling with her husband; you’ll often find her on a cruise or walking the magical streets of Disney.

Carolina Mata leads the ICF Connecticut's Culture and Belonging Committee,  and focuses on  weaving inclusion into everything we do so every member feels welcomed and connected to our chapter community.

Carolina Mata partners with executives and emerging leaders in self-discovery and defining paths for forward progress, helping them uncover and evolve their authentic leadership presence. With over 30 years of experience supporting leaders and transforming organizational culture across healthcare, professional services, and Fortune 500 organizations including IBM, Johnson & Johnson, and Pfizer, she brings deep understanding of the challenges today's leaders face.

Carolina's coaching philosophy centers on self-awareness as the foundation for leadership. She is passionate about helping managers discover their genuine style, enabling them to build culture and inspire teams through resonant, authentic communication and confidence. Her approach begins by establishing clear coaching goals and then supporting clients to gain clarity, build capacity, and chart their unique path in an ever-changing workplace.

Dana Page serves as Director of Marketing, helping members connect with the chapter’s resources, learning experiences, and vibrant coaching community. She believes one of the chapter’s greatest strengths is its ability to bring coaches together to learn from one another, build meaningful relationships, and access resources that support both professional growth and business development. Through her board service, Dana hopes to help members connect with resources that support their growth, strengthen their visibility, and expand awareness of the value of coaching throughout Connecticut.

Serving on the board gives Dana the opportunity to contribute to a profession she values deeply while learning from and collaborating with an inspiring network of coaches dedicated to growth, excellence, and positive impact.

Carrie Patterson serves as the Membership Director. She is committed to making every coach feel welcome and inspired to engage with the ICF-CT community -  fostering connectivity, contribution, and collaboration that supports membership growth and elevates the coaching profession.  Being part of such a dedicated and engaged Board of Directors has been an honor and a privilege for her, offering a meaningful way to get more deeply involved with her professional community. 

Carrie is an ACC-Credentialed Executive Coach and Leadership Development Facilitator, certified in Applied Positive Psychology and Brain-Science Coaching. She partners with organizations seeking to support their leaders in driving results and unlocking potential, while sustaining wellbeing and resilience. Carrie leverages evidence-based coaching; candid, emotional intelligence-based 360 feedback; and CliftonStrengths assessments to guide each of her clients' journeys.

In addition to her role as Executive Vice President at Patricia Omoqui Enterprises - where she coaches, facilitates, and manages client relationships - Carrie also maintains a private coaching practice.

Jean Stetz-Puchalski, PCC, ACTC

Jean Stetz-Puchalski serves as the technology team lead and guides the Chapter’s digital transformation—evolving how technology supports strategic goals, strengthens Board collaboration, and creates welcoming, seamless experiences for members. She strives to make tech relatable for coaches, curating resources for members from ICF ethical and best practice standards to help guide human centered AI partnerships. Her hope is to inspire a deeper awareness of how AI/technology in coaching shows up in practice to support coaches and clients. 

Jean is Managing Principal of Individual Differences at Work, LLC, where coaching is at the heart of her practice. As a leadership and team coach, behavioral assessment professional, and organizational development  consultant, her work centers on cultivating leaders and teams who grow organizations.  Jean works with private clients and as a strategic business partner for organizations, often coaching leaders and teams around mindset and behavioral shifts key to leading larger, more complex teams at times of organizational expansion and transition. Jean is also an ICF coach educator and Level One MBSR teacher, supporting coaches on their developmental journey by providing mentor coaching, coach supervision, and mindfulness practices.

In addition to her work with ICF, Jean serves on the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Work Smart team leveraging I-O science to create smarter and more efficient workplaces. Liz Tracy serves as of the ICF Connecticut Chapter, helping ensure the chapter's financial health and sustainability so it can continue to support and develop a thriving coaching community. Serving on the board allows her to contribute to a profession she cares deeply about while connecting with a network of talented coaches committed to making a difference.

Liz is an executive coach, facilitator, and leadership development professional with more than 30 years of experience helping professionals navigate career transitions, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and achieve meaningful growth. Through her practice, Liz Tracy Coaching, she specializes in working with leaders who are preparing for their next role, navigating organizational change, or seeking greater confidence and impact in their careers. She also has a special interest in coaching executives and professionals with ADHD, helping them leverage their strengths while building practical strategies for success.

Throughout her career, Liz has worked with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies—including Fidelity Investments, Amazon, Eli Lilly, and UnitedHealthcare—to emerging technology startups. In addition to her private practice, she coaches and facilitates through Skillsoft Coaching, Stewart Leadership, the Human Capital Institute (HCI), and the Advanced Cyber Security Center (ACSC).
