The Art of Receiving: A Restorative Sound Healing Experience

Sound Asana offers an immersive 75-minute sound healing experience designed to give coaches the rare opportunity to shift from holding space for others to simply receiving. Participants will be guided into deep rest through the layered frequencies of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, gongs, Native American flute, chimes, and other harmonic instruments. This restorative experience invites relaxation, reflection, and renewal while supporting a greater sense of calm and presence.

The session begins with grounding and breath awareness, followed by an extended sound meditation and gentle integration. No movement or prior experience is required.

Kristina Quinones, founder of Sound Asana, is a Rigpa-certified Master Sound Healer, professional artist with an MFA, and a 200-hour certified yoga teacher. She facilitates sound healing experiences throughout the Connecticut shoreline, including community events, private sessions, and collaborative wellness experiences.

Keeper of the Light: Letting Your Light Shine into 2027

What would 2027 look like if you let yourself shine as brightly as you help your clients shine? This time of year, the calendar fills, the holidays speed everything up, and the energy you pour into everyone else can leave very little for you.

Somewhere between client sessions and year-end to-do lists, the ideas and dreams that light you up get pushed to "later." What if later started now? A lighthouse keeper's work is to keep the light burning so others can find their way. As coaches, we do that every day.

This session is your turn to tend your own. Keeper of the Light is 75 minutes that belong entirely to you. Through images, reflection, and what your body already knows, you'll reconnect with the parts of yourself you may have been turning down and discover what it would take to turn them back up.

You'll leave with a vision for 2027 you can see and hold in your hands, a card kit to take home, and a simple practice to keep your energy steady through the holidays and into the new year. Give yourself the same care you give your clients, and step into 2027 as the keeper of your own light.

Room to Breathe: An Embodied Practice for Coaches

Everyone experiences moments of overwhelm. When we feel crowded by competing demands, concerns, and responsibilities, it can be difficult to hear what our bodies already know. This experiential introduction to Focusing, developed by renowned psychotherapist and philosopher Eugene Gendlin, explores a simple embodied practice called Clearing a Space.

Participants will learn how to set down the issues, concerns, and stresses they are carrying, creating more room to breathe, rest, and reconnect with themselves. Unlike meditation or talking through problems, Clearing a Space offers a guided process for temporarily stepping back from what feels heavy. Participants will identify what's weighing on them, imagine giving each concern its own space, and notice what becomes possible when they are no longer holding everything at once.

Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more spacious, with a practical tool for returning to yourself amid the demands of coaching and everyday life.

Full Cup Coaching: A Resilience Recharge for Coaches

As coaches, we are natural helpers who spend much of our time giving to others. But sustainable coaching begins with caring for ourselves. This workshop invites coaches to refill their own resilience cups so they can give from the saucer without running on empty. Resilience is foundational to being fully present as a coach; it is not a luxury.

Join Laura Fleury, a recovering Type-A personality, Emmy-nominated television executive turned coach, and yoga instructor (ACC, ELI-MP, RYT-200), who has spent decades developing practices to navigate challenges and cultivate resilience.

Through practical education, guided reflection, breathing exercises, centering meditation, and energizing movement, participants will explore what resilience means, why it matters, and how to build and protect it in everyday life. They will also receive actionable tools, including a daily Resilience Check-In workbook, to help make these practices part of their routine.

Participants will leave feeling recharged and grounded, with practical strategies to support emotional regulation, clarity, empathy, physical vitality, and the ability to recover from setbacks. By protecting their own well-being, coaches can reduce the risk of burnout and compassion fatigue while showing up more fully for their clients, families, and communities. This session is designed for coaches of every specialty and experience level.

Qigong Vitality Meditation

Discover the restorative benefits of Qigong, an ancient practice that combines gentle movement, breath, and mindful awareness to cultivate balance and vitality. This 75-minute experiential session introduces participants to the foundations of Qigong, including meridian theory, the Five Elements, and the principles of Yin and Yang.

The session begins with a brief introduction, followed by warm-up movements, a series of active Qigong exercises, and a transition into slower, meditative movements. Gentle guided visualization will support participants throughout the practice, which concludes with a standing meditation.

The movement portion is designed to be accessible, with the option to participate while seated in a chair. No prior experience is required. Participants will have an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and explore a mindful practice they can incorporate into their daily lives.

Clearing the Static: A Journey Through Spirit, Subconscious & Self

Coaches spend their time helping others find clarity. Clearing the Static is an opportunity to find your own. In this experiential session, participants will explore three layers of personal clearing—spiritual, subconscious, and conscious—to release what has been running in the background and reconnect with what feels true beneath the noise.

The experience begins with tapping to explore and shift a limiting belief many coaches carry. Participants will then discover how self-hypnosis and subconscious reprogramming can help them work with deeply rooted patterns. The session concludes with a guided crystal-clearing experience designed to invite stillness, connection, and release.

Participants will leave with a firsthand experience of how these practices can work together, a crystal to serve as a reminder of the experience, and practical language for exploring these tools in their own lives and coaching practices.

Growing Wellness: The Eight Dimensions

Wellness is about more than addressing challenges; it is about building a life that supports lasting well-being. In this session, participants will explore Dr. Peggy Swarbrick's Eight Dimensions of Wellness framework and discover how a holistic approach can support greater balance, resilience, and personal growth.

As a certified recovery coach, Stephanie Hazard incorporates this framework into her work with clients, helping individuals move beyond focusing solely on what they are struggling with and begin creating a life they want to move toward. Participants will explore the eight dimensions of wellness and reflect on how each contributes to a more fulfilling, sustainable, and well-rounded life.

Stephanie's approach is informed by both professional expertise and lived experience. With 26 years of sobriety and long-term recovery from an eating disorder, she brings a deeply personal understanding of the role holistic wellness plays in lasting change. She is also the author of Making Sobriety Stick:  A Recovery Coach's Guide to Sustainable Change, from Diversion Books / Simon & Schuster which was recently released on September 22, 2026.

Participants will leave with a broader perspective on wellness and ideas for nurturing growth across multiple dimensions of their own lives and coaching practices.

Your Practice, Your Way: Creating Your Own Daily Focus for Greater Well-Being

What if wellness didn't require another program, prescription, or practice to master? What if it could begin with a simple, intentional relationship with your own inner experience?

This experiential session explores the practice of creating a personal focus of the day—a quality of being, intention, or area of awareness to bring into daily life. The practice grew out of Michelle Marin's experience as a Positive Intelligence coach and an ongoing peer group of four coaches who completed the program together. Over time, the group began creating and sharing their own daily focuses, developing a meaningful practice of self-awareness, reflection, connection, and support.

Through guided reflection, discussion, and a paired coaching exercise, participants will explore the difference between setting a goal for the day and choosing how they want to be in the day. Each participant will create a personal daily focus and consider how this simple practice can support greater presence, awareness, and intentionality in both life and coaching.

Participants will leave with a practical, adaptable ritual they can begin using immediately—one that encourages well-being on their own terms.

Ellen Murray Zappone

Renew, Restore & Find Your Own Rhythm

As coaching evolves, new delivery models, client demands, and increasing expectations for presence require coaches to make space for their own renewal. This experiential session invites participants to reconnect with their natural rhythms and explore what sustainable renewal looks like in their lives.

Drawing on her Life Compass program for renewal and rhythm, Ellen Murray Zappone will guide participants on a nautical visualization journey to a new port of discovery. From there, the experience becomes creative and playful: participants will use markers to doodle what they discovered before putting their reflections into words. In pairs, they will share their drawings without the pressure to explain, allowing images to communicate what words may not yet capture. Reflective writing follows, helping participants put language to their insights before returning to their partners for a second round of sharing.

Through visualization, creative expression, and connection, participants will discover new perspectives on their needs and priorities. They will leave with a personal practice they can return to and a deeper sense of what a sustainable, restorative rhythm can look like for them.

Heather Wlochowski

The Art of Zentangle: Finding Calm Through Creative Patterns

You don't need to be an artist to experience the restorative benefits of creativity. Zentangle is a mindful drawing method that uses simple, structured patterns to encourage focus, relaxation, and creative exploration. By breaking patterns into manageable steps, participants can let go of the pressure to create something perfect and instead enjoy the process of putting pen to paper.
In this hands-on session, Heather Wlochowski will introduce participants to the basics of Zentangle and guide them through creating their own intricate designs using simple lines, shapes, and repeating patterns. The practice encourages participants to slow down, focus on the present moment, and embrace curiosity rather than judgment. There is no right or wrong way to create, and no artistic experience is necessary.

Participants will leave with their own Zentangle artwork, an accessible creative practice they can return to whenever they need a moment of calm, and a reminder that restoration can begin with something as simple as a pen, a pattern, and a little time for themselves.

Vision Board Workshop: What Do I Want? Why Does It Matter? What Will I Do About It?

What do you want to create in the next chapter of your life, and what will it take to make it happen? This interactive 75-minute vision board workshop invites participants to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.
Through guided reflection, meaningful prompts, and creative exploration, participants will identify their priorities, envision the experiences and possibilities they want to move toward, and translate their aspirations into a visual representation of their goals and values.

The session goes beyond simply imagining what's possible by encouraging participants to consider why their vision matters and what steps they can take to bring it to life. No artistic experience is required—just an open mind and a willingness to explore what comes next.

Participants will leave with a personalized vision board and greater clarity about the direction they want to take, along with inspiration to move forward with intention.
